|AD| Learning ABC’s with Wonderbly

ABC for you was a book that I personally chose for Evangeline and I know that its is going to be essential for her as she’s learning to talk. It’s been a really lovely last few months with her speech developing. I know once we’re getting on track she’ll be talking non-stop! She’s starting to recognise pictures and responding to things she sees by saying “Oh no!” if something bad has happened. She can point out animals and loves make animal sounds too. Reading is something that has always been important in our home so I know that ABC for you is going to be the most perfect addition to our book shelf.

I think as soon as your child starting to recognise sounds and words that introducing letters is a really fun way to learn. Learning does not have to be stressful! All children do things in their own time and it can be an exciting activity to explore together. Toddlers may not necessarily get it at first but Evangeline loves copying and repeating words and sounds back to me. Even if you don’t think that the information is going in, it could actually be making a difference!

The book is full of colourful and illustrations, it takes you on the journey from A to Z with so much excitement on each page. As you work your way through your child is on every page in a number of different situations. Evangeline has really enjoyed the book every time we have read it together! She loves detailed illustrations and points to them saying “Wow!”. Wonderbly also lets you add an additional personalised message on the inside cover. You have the freedom to write as little or as much as you want and it makes me excited that one day she’ll be able to read it by herself!
